Shipping Policy

Earth Liberation Studio offers free shipping within the United States, and a flat rate of $21.50USD for everywhere else. If shipping turns out to be less than $21.50, the overage may be refunded.

Items are shipped out within a week of ordering; In rare cases there are circumstances in which shipping takes longer than a week; we will do our best to notify you if your items will take longer than a week to be shipped.

Items under $20USD may or not be shipped with tracking number. Items over $20USD will include the tracking number in the shipping confirmation email.

Earth Liberation Studio uses the United States Postal Service for shipping all orders.

If an item is lost in the mail or arrives damaged, send us an email through the contact page and we will arrange a refund. Our official policy is that we do not issue refunds for items lost or damaged in the mail. Our unofficial policy is: contact us if your item is lost or damaged, and we will do our best to replace the item or issue a refund.

For international orders, we will not be able to refund the cost of the shipping, unfortunately, but can often refund the cost of the item if lost in the mail.

It is your responsibility to contact us if your item is lost in the mail.

Refunds and Replacements

Our official policy is no refunds; our unofficial policy is: contact us and we will often issue a refund or replacement if the item is not satisfactory, or lost in the mail as previously mentioned.

If your item is not satisfactory, contact us and we will do our best to replace the item.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you are requesting a refund for a high ticket item, we may request that the item is returned.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
